I'm probably going to regret responding to you at all, but this is exactly the kind of attitude that lets somebody like Trump win. He says and does so much that is objectionable that much of it just gets lost. Well, screw that.

That's the whole idea: it's the Shock Doctrine completely across the board.

Turn everything into a crisis situation and your opponents can't pick any specific place to try to stop you.

You boarded the crazy train on all this quite a while back.

Just be sure you have that bomb shelter built before the school buses get back on the road.

I hope they never ever split up a parent and child. But I hope if they do, it makes a great campaign ad

The first of a myriad of rules. They have to move fast while Trump is in office and jam up the court system so they can't get to everything unconstitutional.

The 4,000 troops to Afghanistan is a bad idea. I hate to be cynical and think the surge in Afghanistan is aimed at attracting ISIS attacks on US troops, rather than targeting other populations elsewhere. It's a road game for our troops in a gym where your basket isn't regulation, the refs are parents of the opponents and you are 20 point favorites.
