Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, Billy Graham, Franklin Graham, Focus on the Family, the American Family Association and other such groups have all been on the record as saying they believe HIV/AIDS represents divine punishment for sinful conduct. The alleged university that Falwell founded is now headed by his son, an ardent supporter of the alleged president.

The current vice president of the United States is on the record with this lovely number:
"Congress should support the reauthorization of the Ryan White Care Act only after completion of an audit to ensure that federal dollars were no longer being given to organizations that celebrate and encourage the types of behaviors that facilitate the spreading of the HIV virus. Resources should be directed toward those institutions which provide assistance to those seeking to change their sexual behavior."
