He raised $25 million, too. That takes some political talent.

I know a few Republicans who care about the killings in Chicago.

I assumed this was generic shit talking and didn't take it as a personal insult.

Special elections get too much attention, because while the teams are the same, the stakes are so much lower. A close presidential election gets overanalyzed and interpreted because real power is involved. The election of a back bench Congressperson gets overanalyzed because the political bullshit-industrial complex needs the work. I will say this. If the Democrats were to lose either of the governor's races in Virginia and New Jersey, that WOULD be a bad sign, because those are big states. This is just a very disappointing loss in a close game. But it's impact on the national political situation would have been very limited if Ossoff had won. Think Mitch McConnell cares about this election? He's gonna do what he's gonna do, come what may.

I even began to like @BYH 2: Electric Boogaloo once he became a parent.

Now that I know @dixiehack has an adorable little girl, it'll probably be harder to think ill of him.

As long as I don't get as soft as @MisterCreosote, I figure I'm ok.

    Now this is funny.

Pajama boy democrats really do live in their republican parents' basements. (Does the Atlanta area have basements?)

But no Republican millennials do, right?

    Wrong.

Handel way outperformed Trump in the district.

Republican millennials, in their Democrat parents' basements?

I'd bet that number would be significantly lower than the other way around.

Haha. From the looks on their faces, you don't need the elections results on the screen to know who won.
