Violence and calling for violence is wrong no matter "which side" does it. There are plenty of examples on both sides. Your post seems to indicate one side does it more than others. That's not true.

I'm completely against shutting down speakers on campus. That was wrong. Please don't paint with a one-sided, broad brush.

And no, I won't stop blaming Trump for death threats against reporters. It's just wrong. I remember you bringing up the Tur stuff in the past. It's way more serious than you make it out to be. Death threats are no joke. It's only a matter of time before threats become actions.

Reporters being portrayed as "enemies" is just plain wrong. Reporters often risk their lives to expose the truth. Reporters have died for doing their jobs.

 

It is important to do so in order to rule people out. In this case, i think readers would inevitably ask if the meme was the creation of a White House or campaign official. That's a fair question. Tracking this guy down put that question to rest.
The next question is how and why the president of the United States is able to access an anti Semitic image so quickly. If he runs in such circles or even ear them, that is troubling at the least.

Reporters are competing with each other to be the harshest critic of Trump, and are hoping he engages them personally.

Katie Tur went from being Keith Olbermann's ex, to a star, with her own show and a book deal.

Others are hoping to follow her path -- minus the Olbermann part, obviously.

None of what you posted as anything to do with what we're talking about, which is death threats.
