Most of these people filled out online comment forms and sent them in. They did not expect that if the comments were published their names and addresses would be.

This goes back around to why there are voter registrations being withdrawn. Most of them are people who are concerned about their data being put out there in just this way, not because they are fraudulent voters.

Trump's impeachment odds have reached a new high following news of Trump Jr.'s Russia meeting

I'm no gambler, but I don't get this. Seems t0 me the odds are lower than ever. Why, you ask? Because every poll I've seen this week says Trumpists are digging in even deeper in support as details that would have been perilous years ago keep mounting. They are stupid and gutless, and their support of their leader is a clear sign to the House in particular that they shouldn't do a thing to imperil the unqualified, proudly ignorant cretin who is in charge of a once-great country. The Senate, it is now clear, is going to pass legislation that takes health care from millions upon millions of Americans. Even Republicans in alleged danger are speaking volumes with their silence. The truth is that there is no danger. As one GOP campaign operative said, "I have yet to see any study that suggests there's a greater electoral danger for anybody in voting to pass than voting no." Or words to that effect.
They're going to give Trump a win. A big win. And his voters will cheer even though many of them will lose health insurance, ignorantly buying the preposterous claim that this bill means "freedom," a once noble word that has been hopelessly perverted.

Should we really be surprised Fredo lied, or wasn't aware, about how many folks were in the meeting. After all, from dear old dad, we've had birtherism, the largest inaugural ever, big hands ...

Did he deny there were other people in the meeting?

Why did Don Jr.'s emails surface? Because Robert Mueller is already changing Washington's lying ways

"Perhaps no quality has more stunned and frustrated the president’s critics than his brazen willingness to lie. Trump frequently appears to have no independent regard for truth, to see veracity in purely expedient terms: What he can get away with in public debate. More dumbfounding, he and others in the White House do seem to get away with it, ridiculing plainly objective accounts as “fake news.”

But the prospect of genuine legal jeopardy upends the calculation, certainly for Trump’s subordinates, who have future careers to lose, families to raise and, unlike the president, no general insulation from criminal prosecution. It is probable that some powerful people will be going to jail as a result of the Mueller investigation. Among the likeliest candidates are those who don’t realize that the game has changed, and that in the ambit of the special counsel investigation, and the courts of law, a lie is a lie."

And thus ends another episode of "YF Defends Laundry." Lying just seems to be part and parcel with the Trump clan. It all begins with golf, right?
