Yes, we know. Governance by "lol triggered libtards" is what a third of the country wants, and they've got it.

Plus, no way that FDR had that kind of micromanagement control during WW2. It's only today's SATCOM real time global networks that would make a 50 troop request to the CIC even possible.

People can die during time spent deciding too.

    Excellent call in my opinion.

FDR and Tojo (!) were the only two of the big five leaders in WW2 who didn't micromanage. Hitler, Stalin and Churchill all did big time.

Not down to the level of 50 troops. I agree with what you are saying, but those decisions involved the order of battle way further up in the hierarchy. Division level, maybe a bit lower.

Read Zhukov's memoirs. Stalin made orders at company level. Besides, you have to think about the number of troops engaged overall. WW2 a conflict of massed armies of millions. Fifty US troops in action in Iraq is a big number in 2017. That's a significant operation.

Plus Fucko has no idea whether Raqqa is in Syria or South Dakota.

The details of the maneuver in question are irrelevant. What matters is the substance of Fucko's response: "Why are you calling me ... who's asking for permission ... what makes you think I know more about it than he does ...." SLAM!

Now he could have said, "Thanks for calling, General, but it sounds like your command staff on location has a handle on the situation, I'll defer to your judgement."

But no. Arrogant entitled silver spoon lazy fuck Fucking fatasss asshole. He was pissed off because he had to roll the Pretty Princess off his lap in the bathtub for 30 seconds.

Just wait until Fucko ass-fucks us backwards into some major firefight with mass casualties and he starts with the alibis and finger-pointing.

I'm sure that'll all be Obama's fault too.
