Duh. That was always where this was going to be headed. He's going to pardon everybody and fire Mueller, and a couple of Republicans will issue concerned press releases while doing nothing about it.

He'll pardon himself and the Pretty Princess, and let everybody else hang.

Hell fire any prosecutors who try to bring any case against him.

This is interesting, and I agree. Reminds me of motivational speakers who say, "This is America. If you can dream it, you'll achieve it." Not that simple. The more specific your dream is, the less it is in your control. "Failing" to reach your original goal doesn't necessarily make you a loser.

"Cancer doesn't know what it's up against."

This is the line I blinked at. Cancer doesn't give a fuck. Cancer is a blind asshole.

Another self-inflicted wound in journalistic integrity. Multiple sourcing should be the first rule you learn.

Trump has asked his advisers about his power to pardon aides, family members and even himself in connection with the probe, according to one of those people. A second person said Trump’s lawyers have been discussing the president’s pardoning powers among themselves.

He is going to sneak it in by farting during the SOTU and saying "Pardon me," then his lawyers will say since nobody objected, it's done.
