    Nope.

    You are wrong.

    Lie.

    You're so caught up in the politics of this, the red vs. blue, you're blind to the right vs. wrong.

    There's a money quote from Obama from five years ago confirming that?

    <Clicks link. Begins reading.>

    "The Obama administration has said it is not providing arms to the rebels, but it has also acknowledged that Syria’s neighbors would do so."

    "Spokesmen for the White House, State Department and C.I.A. would not comment on any intelligence operations supporting the Syrian rebels ..."

    <Closes window.>

    YES, THAT IS EXACTLY THE SAME THING AS TRUMP TWEETING ABOUT IT!

    I guess that's true.

    But how many regime-changes-oops!-now-terrorists-are-running-the-country fiascos is it going to take for us to stop giving the CIA and the Pentagon the benefit of the doubt?

    We've been in "good for Russia = bad for USA" mode for so many damn decades that we simply cannot accept any other equation as truth. Wiping out terrorists all over the world is good for Russia. It's also good for the world. Will we ever get on board with this thinking?

    Either the administration's confirmation was authorized by Obama, and the Times agreed to grant anonymity, or someone in the administration committed a felony when they leaked this info to the Times.

    Since there was no effort to find and prosecute the leaker, I think we know which one it was.

    I don't think @YankeeFan plays the "whatabout?" card with the aim of excusing Trump's sins.

    Sounds like the Mooch will fit in perfectly with this White House.
