Point being, it keeps loyalist Pointy-ears in the fold while removing the roadblock to another Saturday Night Massacre.

In the big, bigly picture, this is a good thing. Sessions can do less damage at DHS and firing Mueller starts us down the road to Tricky Dick's fate. So fire away, Donald. We dare you.

Things appear to be going very well for the Trump administration and the GOP.

In a different direction, for such a ratings powerhouse, MSNBC sure loves to pre-empt Maddow for some reason.

Always felt Preibus' role was to be the adult in the room and to placate the mainstream Republicans. Definitely goes out as the first, but, of course, Trump doesn't give a flying fuck about the mainstream.

It's Washington. Leaks are as much a part of life there as breathing. But Trump and Co. are hardheaded enough to keep believing they alone can stop that.

Trump's love of internal conflict strikes again, sounds like. May work in business, but hasn't been working in this administration so far.

If you didn't know this was (or the others were) real you'd think it's a clip from a sci-fi movie or something.
