Jason Kander appears to be Joe Biden's guy.

 

Trump signed the Russian sanctions into law yet? If not, why not?

 

They become law if still unsigned 10 days after passage. He will do nothing. Less dramatic than a formal signing. Won't suffer humiliation of override in chambers he allegedly controls because he's the greatest deal maker.

 

Kander's the real deal. He made some serious noise in Missouri -- not enough to unseat Roy Blunt, but that says much more about Missouri than it does about Jason Kander. And he's only 36. Definitely one to watch.

 

So much for sitting in the Oval Office with a pen in hand.
