    If Congress is in the final 10 days of a session, an untouched bill is dead. Pocket veto. That's not the case here.
    WH now says the alleged president will sign. But without media present. Wonder why.

    He's right; because so far, he's made absolutely no deals with Congress and quite a few with foreign countries (as opposed to domestic ones, I suppose.)

    He managed to get a slap at Congress not passing Health Care into that signing statement, too.

    I know that there's a plan to bring Congress back into session often enough to prevent an interim appointment. Will that also prevent the pocket veto on the sly if he didn't actually sign the bill?

    I like Pierce's "the president*" with an asterix. I bet that really pisses Trump off if an aide ever reads one of Pierce's articles to him.
