Len Bias did a helluva lot more than one line of coke. Both that night and on previous occasions.

When someone says that he never heard of one person doing it that is sufficiently over the top that I don't beleive it.

Bingo. It's complete horseshit and he's probably the one doing it.

Me, too, although I'm a couple years younger.

I know people who do it on occasion. Meh.

So let me get this straight, a former MLB player went on an MLB Network podcast completely debunking a report on rampant cocaine use? OK.

Maybe. But as I said earlier, I've done my share of goo timing. Lived in a fraternity house where I'm sure this kind of stuff probably went on. Went to law school, where Adderall use is supposedly rampant.

Never seen any of it. Never been offered any of it.

    Now where's my whiskey?

It was the first time he ever did coke!

For some reason, when it comes to drugs that are too expensive, highly addictive and run the risk of serious prison time, I've always been inclined to pass.

He did say he lived in a fraternity house. Story checks out.
