I find your theory interesting and would like to subscribe to your newsletter.

Didn't Ja'quen have a slight smile on his face after Arya said "A girl is named Arya Stark and I'm going home?" I didn't get the feeling he was going to stalk her across Westeros.

The dragon was just an amazing sight in battle. When discussing this briefly at work someone asked "Do you think the dragon will die?" I didn't even have that as a possibility. Looked like a clean shot in the shoulder, but nothing that was life-threatening.

One other thing...I thought it a little forboding when Sansa said to Arya something like "Jon's heart will probably stop when he sees you."

Forgot completely about the goodbye scene. I remembered her killing the waif and then showing up at the twins. Walking back my previous prediction to 10 percent.

My thought is the Hound is already dead, to Arya. At least the version of the Hound that landed him on Arya's list is dead. Arya left him to die and he was "re-born" as the gravedigger and became the current, kinder, gentler Hound that he is. At least that's just what I think. I believe in her mind, Arya has eliminated the Hound.

That said, if we don't see Clegane Bowl (Mountain vs. Hound), I think a lot of hardcore GoT fans will be upset.

I think that if Arya knew the Hound still lived, she'd be conflicted about him again. If he turns up as a hero of the resistance, helping the smallfolk, I think she'd let it go. Otherwise, she's back to looking at her list and remembering, conflicted. She has no reason to think in terms of "kinder, gentler" Hound unless word gets back to her before she sees him again. Arya and the Hound is not a duel I want to see.

Dany grabbing that bolt and trying to wrestle it out of the dragon's shoulder was brave as hell. I wouldn't want to be messing with my *dog* if he had something sticking out of him like that, let alone a dragon. One snap of the jaws...

    >grin< Man, that episode really got my creative juices going. I can think of so many ways that they can play this, and 99.9% of them are so completely wrong. The "what if" really got hold of me. Maybe if I throw enough stuff at the wall I'll hit something.

I'm no expert on dragon anatomy, but that dragon ain't dying.

It may be that dragons are hard to poison or something, but putting poison on the bolts should have at least been considered.

Especially since Qyburn is known to work in poison.
