DW is asking incredulously why a guy with a 20 year history of run-ins with the law, who was long suspected of being a major marijuana supplier in Indianapolis, would get charged with holding enough marijuana to warrant a distribution charge, and acting like he doesn't recognize that the "intent to sell" charge is based on weight and doesn't mean Randolph was "slinging dope."
