The problem is that any Republican who sees problems from a Trump-wing primary opponent is going to be identified as weak by Democrats and targeted. It leaves no incentive for moderacy.

 

When a leader becomes more dangerous to his own side than to the opposition, his position becomes very precarious.

This is Heather Heyer, who was killed yesterday by domestic terrorists who see the President of the United States as their ally. The President that hires those terrorist's leaders and allies to his senior staff, who refuses to denunciate them directly while the rest of his party did so.

Hasn't gone to the SitRoom, WH, DC or made plans to do anything but play golf. He's a moral degenerate and anyone who supports him is equally devoid of morality and rationality.

 

Even ignoring the sexual implications, Ivanka's "pampered princess" status within the administration is an abomination. An utterly unqualified non-entity elevated to a position of supreme power. That in itself is a national disgrace.

The failures of yesterday were not merely a semantic misstep. They were an intentional stance. The President intentionally hires people aligned with this Nazi movement. He hires them, he interacts positively with them on Twitter, he parrots their talking points.

 

She deserves it until she does something about it.
