It'll be something when American-born ISIS sympathizers start protesting in American towns with torches, under the banner of free speech.

Would Trumpian Nazis join the Anti Fascists is cracking American ISIS skulls?

Nazi salutes are illegal in Germany. And yet it was still confronted.

This *is* American ISIS. Among their chants was a call for "White Sharia."

While I think a "Zero Children" policy for white supremacists might be best, I'm not sure we should liquidate the children they've already had. It's a close call, though ... can't be too careful.

OK. But the principle of banning the act is that it shouldn't be seen. It just happened to be seen this time. The law restricting the act cuts off the opportunity for opposition, even if it happened to occur this one time.

I can live with less chance to yell at Nazis as a tradeoff for fewer Nazis

In that particular case, maybe nothing. But in general, let's imagine this:
Post says, "Look at this guy. His name is Aloyisius Magnificent Wallace of Emporia, Kansas, and he's a Klansman."
The person pictured is not Aloysius Magnificent Wallace of Emporia, Kansas. The person of that name is not a Klansman.

    Right. That would be defamation.

OK. I was speaking generally and hypothetically. Just saying that if you misidentify somebody and are reckless in doing so, you may have a problem.
