The Yinzers can weigh in on this, but I've always found it fascinating that the Pittsburgh airport has side-by-side statues of a young George Washington and Franco Harris in the "Immaculate Reception" pose:

We have iron statues of deer in the median going through downtown. This is in lieu of wooden reindeer that were put up during Christmas but were always being rearranged to be humping each other.

One of the best things about visiting Pittsburgh is seeing all the people lined up to take their photos next to that photo. Of Franco, I mean. Fuck GW, that slave owner.

If you're in Wisconsin, do they have easy access ports under the tail?

I always thought it was odd, but perfect for a Pittsburgh airport.

There is a memorial for three black circus workers who were lynched in 1920 (and this is north of the 45th parallel). Leif Ericson. A handful of statues of generic (Great Lakes sailors) or obscure historical figures.
