Does antifa call itself the alt-left? Or is that wordplay by the self-described alt-right to make the sides analogous?

 

Trump, among others, used it to describe folks like Antifa.

The left, for whatever reason, decided anyone who was against Nazis was "alt-left" and started comparing them to the troops on D-Day.

Hey, you want to embrace them, go for it.

I'd hope you'd want to differentiate them from the left as a whole. But, if you don't want to, if they're not a distinct subset of the left, then we shouldn't use the term, I suppose.
