YF is under the delusion that I will stop pointing out bullshit when I see it on the board. He is wrong. If he wants to act like a coward and keep sticking his head in the sand, that's his problem.

Also, I've found in the past that often posters who claim they are using the button are lying, or at least still reading some of the posts by someone they have on ignore. I've never credited him with much honesty, so why start now?

The button is a device for chickenshits, but I can see its practicality for dealing with people like OOP.
If somebody will not stand down and you tire of reading their garbage, the button's appeal is easy to see.
My wish is that a moderator could be placed on ignore.

 

Why this thinking is allowed to persist by voters is so wrong...compromise is how things get done

Hard to compromise when you are shut out of the formulation of every piece of legislation, no amendments are allowed, and the attempt is made to pass those bills by a party line vote as well.

 

Angela Davis was never a Democrat. She was a card-carrying communist, then a socialist anti-capitalist. She never spoke at any Democratic events as far as Google can tell. The late 60's early 70's black militancy movement was about self-defense and self-determination, not anti-"white"
