He's stealing all the money. ALL the money. Do you not think Putin likes the idea of having hundreds of billions in US cash physically stashed in his vaults?

When it's all over, if anybody is left alive, it is going to be absolutely unbelievable: "How did he think he would get away with this shit? Because nobody would stop him."

 

Not really. When you fill your cabinet with back-slappers and ass-kissers you don't get very many people willing to propose good ideas. Just Fuckers who go along with the whims of the person with the kissed ass and slapped back.

 

I can't get worked up about this. Was anyone really looking to the President - this President, in particular - to provide some sort of comfort in a time of loss?

Theater is a big part of politics. In this case, an event which all Presidents wind up having to do, as nature takes no holidays, is also, because it's been done so often before by Presidents of both parties, pretty easy to pull off. And Trump failed utterly. When some fails at an easy part of their job, it's tough to imagine them doing very well at difficult parts.
