Oh, it's not nice to tease me about something that would be so delicious.

And calling Miller a turd is an insult to turds.

PS: Miller is the sort no sane criminal would ever conspire with. He'd push his mom down a flight of stairs to save himself. Also, it is very unclear if the President has the power to pardon a collaborator in a criminal offense.

I think "unindicted co-conspirator" won't be Trump's biggest worry when Mueller finally gets to his indictments.

Trump could fire the FBI Director for any reason, or no reason at all.

Miller isn't getting indicted for writing a draft memo, at the President's request.

There are no restrictions on the Presidents's pardon power.

He can't pardon state crimes. So that's a ... restriction, right?

Trump cannot fire the FBI director to obstruct justice. That's a crime. In writing the memo, Miller may have conspired to obstruct justice. That's a crime. "At the President's request" is not a defense that worked for Haldeman, Erlichman, Mitchell and dozens more.
The issue of whether there are judicial restrictions on the President's pardon power at the federal level is untested in the courts. But one James Madison said abuse of that power deserved impeachment. Losing office is a restriction.
