You might find yourself leaning toward Dalton before too much time passes. He's always undervalued in this format.

 

Yeah. That's why I took him. He essentially won the league for another owner a few years back. After I traded him away. So he owes me! Also, it would be nice to have the Dalton-Green combo at work.

 

Speaking of keeper leagues, I have an auction draft tomorrow night. Waffled on what to do with Zeke but ultimately hung onto him. He's costing me about a third of my budget but I also have Howard for next to nothing, so regardless of what happens I won't enter the season without a No. 1 RB. Also kept Dak, Jameis and Diggs, as the price was right for each.

 

Finally doing a straight league draft after 20-plus years in a keeper league, the keeper league seems so anti-climactic now.

The best QB I have a shot at tonight is my No. 8 (Carr). The best RB is No. 9 (Fournette). And the best WR is No. 12 (Michael Thomas). Hard to get excited about that. I'm going to lobby hard tonight to limit next year's keepers to no more than one per position per franchise.

 

Auction is the way to go for keeper leagues.

 

Love to go to add a player in a Yahoo league, then click the wrong one because their stupid daily fantasy promos load after everything else.

That reminded me that I have Jameis in NIAFL. You'll never guess who I picked up to replace him this week!

In a league where I can start 3 QBs, I drafted 5. Only 2 are playing this week. Jameis, Cutler, Luck all sitting. Had to pick up 6th! QB just to fill out roster. Went with Bradford over Flacco.

 

It's Bradford. But I want you to know that if there was a QB out there who had been in hot water for beating his child, I'd have slotted him in!

 

I was going to guess Cutler, with the thought that you had forgotten that he was no longer on the Bears.

 

Call me crazy, but I just benched Palmer in two leagues. I know it's the Colts but no DJ and no John Brown. That offense is going to struggle
