As much as I want to say Yes to this; I've got to live by what I said previously and say, a deal is better than obstruction.

My head is spinning that Trump went this way, but at least we're not going to have a shutdown, which is some progress. Maybe now, Trump can abandon his white/hate stances.

Debt ceiling passes, Dreamers get to stay, Trump gets more barbed wire (but not a real wall) for the border. Everybody claims a win. Everybody claims the other side caved and lost.

 

And hurricane victims maybe get something more tangible than Ayn Rand books on tape to rebuild with.
