Presumably there are autopsy reports that specify death was caused by the impact of the car.

Of course the alt-right nitwits won't buy it. Tough shit, fuck 'em.

If his attorney gets a change of venue, acquittal is possible. Charlottesville is an oasis in an area surrounded by Trumpists. In the right jurisdiction, the defendant will be a conservative hero and the victim a damned libruhl who deserved it.

If his attorney introduces this or evidence of self-defense he should be disbarred.

Under no circumstances should that guy be acquitted.

Do you think using bogus evidence dreamed up by amateur detectives on Youtube is a legitimate strategy?
There's no way it was a heart attack and no way it could have been self-defense.

I think it is highly, highly unlikely, yes. But it is his attorney's job to try and keep his client from being convicted. That's literally what he's there for.

Do you think that his attorney should look into those things?

Yes. Because I want any conviction to stick and not be reversed because of ineffective counsel.

And I don't want another bogus George Zimmerman-like acquittal.
