Oh, if only one of the dozens of White House press secretaries who served when I worked had denounced ME from the podium. I'd be ever so much richer today.

Oh bullshit. She used the phrase in a response to a question to help explain her perspective, and it's a perfectly reasonable perspective .

If she made 300K a year, it would be OK for her to complain.

Do you always respond to people whose comments have no effect on you?

You're a smart guy who knows a thing or two about life. No need to work TSP's really small corner.

So... does anyone believe these quotes are legit? Because that last one is silly enough to make me write off the whole thing.

A "different ESPN personality" could be radio/TV on-air talent. "Another prominent employee" could be someone sitting near a door that everyone uses every day. "Another employee" could be some PA making $28,000.

And, by the way, kudos (legit) to @Alma for continuing to emphasize the current textbook definition of "white supremacist." All of you fuckers debating Hill's qualifications w.r.t. her gig are actually demonstrating your investment in this country's white supremacy.

I'll tell ya what, cran. I have no envy issues with her, and when she's on the 6 p.m. Sportscenter, she can damn well deliver the sports news and I don't give a rat's ass whether it "moves" her or not.

She can say whatever she pleases, or whatever comes out of Donald's brain into her mouth.

That does not mean she needs to be taken seriously.

I'm confused here. Did she ever not do that?
