    USC is overrated.

Oklahoma State is the real deal. The Cowboys will go undefeated in the regular season.

Smart move by the UF lineman. Nothing really to lose by holding on the final play of regulation hail mary.

Except it's possible that they wouldn't have gotten the sack (depending on angles, inertia, etc.).

If they call the penalty, and UT wins in OT, that lineman replaces the UT defensive back as persona non grata on campus.

Something's amiss when Maryland scores 51 on Texas and USC scores just 27 -- in double OT.

You laugh now, but in 10 years when the concussion-risk sports are banned, being a basketball/volleyball/track school is going to be awesome.

The Stanford win doesn't appear to be all it's cracked up to be either.

Don't undersell Texas though -- I don't know what kind of bad juju they were working with in the opener, but that was championship-level defense last night. I expect the Red River Shootout to be a hell of a game.

Bevo gets Okie and Okie Lite in back-to-back games. That's where the story gets told on their defense.
