Sounds reminiscent of the Cantebury Inn & Suites in Iowa City. Stayed there on my first basketball trip to Iowa. The lobby and hallways and perhaps the dining area had a medieval theme. Don't remember anything about the rooms except being woken in the middle of the night by loud sex from the neighboring room. Three stars.

Or it might get a spike from people who want to Instagram from the same window.

I thought about that, too -- that losses from people who get the skeeves from the place might be offset by the morbidly curious.

Because he's letting the Constitution, not his personal politics, guide his judicial reasoning.

Scalia was also a hard liner on these issues.

How do you know these aren't his personal politics, as well?

Just laying the groundwork for the Trump family defense.

Fair. But, they're not the stereotypical "right wing" view.

You need to write "Not everyone shares my ideological purity" on a blackboard 100 times, like Bart Simpson.

John Roberts got excoriated over Obamacare.

More than a few people expect ideological purity from SCOTUS justices. The most recent general election was decided largely based on just that.
