(FYI, I didn't know Eminem was still around. Old.)

 

Eminem could only hope that Trump responds to him.

 

I believe Kantor worked on this for like 8 months. I'm not sure she needed a tip to get it rolling. I know only a handful of Hollywood fringe people and I'd heard them grumble about him.

 

But two stories came out at once.

Did Kantor's poking around get people talking?

Is it possible someone like his brother sought to take him down? That doesn't seem plausible, considering the damage he would have to know it would do to the company he had a large (21%) financial stake in.

 

I told my son about it. He listened. "I don't like it. It's not a good rap."

Going to be interesting when Congress returns to take up tax cuts. The plan still seems quite light on details. Wonder how much debate there will be.

It's not going to be easy to sell massive tax cuts for the rich. Certainly goes against the (fake) populist agenda Trumo claims to have. No evidence thus far of him doing much for the "forgotten man" (dog whistle) he and Bannon campaigned on.

That, and 30-plus years of proof that trickle-down enomics doesn't acrually work.

Also, I would think deficit hawks would have a big issue with how to pay for it. Because rich tax cuts never pay for themselves.

Will be this be another thing that won't get done?
