The social media bot army, still going strong, is by far more influential.

The uranium deal "scandal" was debunked last year. Both Republicans and Democrats paid for the Dossier research and no big deal. BTW, none of its contents have been proven false, right up to the pee tape. It's OK for Trump to be a traitor because his opponents didn't just sit by and let it happen. A perfect example of the bad faith sophistry that is the right wing's approach on this board and elsewhere. When Trump starts that nuclear war, the second before the shock wave hits, people here will be posting about Hillary.

The next person I meet whose opinion was changed by some political nonsense he saw on social media will be the first.

Closer to home, let's say YankeeFan was really RusskieFan all this time. How many minds has he changed on here?

Gosh, Q, you refused to answer a single point in my post. Not one. It's almost as if you don't want to, because the longer the argument goes on, the more meretricious and dishonest your argument appears to be. BTW, Republican National Committee is circulating copy of the Post article with the lines about how the initial funding of Steele's research was by Republicans has been omitted. Yeah, it's a great point, so great they have to lie to make it.

Everyone says "I don't know anyone who is influenced by advertising." But it works anyway.

Who cares? It is quite possible that the DNC paid and didn't tell the Clinton campaign itself. But the facts of the story were reported in January on CNN and in May in the Guardian and nobody cared, not even you. It's a whataboutism red herring because today two Republican Senators said Trump was a threat to world peace and American democracy respectively.
