What did it average during the 8 years of Obama's presidency?

1, Trump says it didn't happen.

2, Facts reveal it did happen.

3, YF pulls a muscle in his back lugging the goalpost.

    4, LOL

In fairness, that tweet was DT, Jr.

OTOH, if Trump had been handed the disaster that Obama was in 2008, I have zero confidence that he'd have been able to handle it.

Or to look at it the other way -

The Dow went up 140% under Obama. Call me when it hits a 100% increase under Trump.

Average unemployment, Hoover's four years: 12.85%
Average unemployment, Roosevelt's first four years: 20.9%

Average unemployment, Carter's four years: 6.4%
Average unemployment, Reagan's first four years: 8.7%

Moral of the story: Never, ever use "average" numbers for a presidency, since the average is affected by the inertia inherited from the previous administration that can take a full term to begin to reverse.

I think I've finally figured out the Clinton's grand plan in the Steele Dossier, according to our friends on the right:

    1. Fund secret research into Trump's ties with Russia
    2. Say nothing about this secret research after finding it out
    3. ALLOW their collaborators in Russia to hack into their emails
    3. Be on board with Russia's assets releasing all of those emails that were damaging to Clinton, even tough they were really FOR Clinton
    4. Have the Russians create a fake dossier involving pee tapes, which they then give to the Clinton campaign
    5. The Clintons don't release this fake dossier until after the election
    6. Lose the election
    7. Profit?

Some of this shit is so fucking stupid, it makes your head hurt. When the tap-dancing stops, you can see what an embarrassing shitshow it is to suggest "Oh, actually the CLINTON'S who colluded with Russia!"

Ok, the Clinton campaign paid for the oppo, including the Steele Report which they did not release before the election.

Here's Trump on getting oppo on the Clinton campaign from the Russians: "I think from a practical standpoint most people would have taken that meeting," Trump said. "Politics isn't the nicest business in the world, but it's very standard."

Obama inherited the early stages of the worst economic crisis of our lifetimes and Trump inherited from Obama a resilient economy that was steadily gaining steam.

    Trump Jr. was wrong.

    So, what are the facts?

Obama did have consecutive quarters with greater than 3% growth. Is that the whole story? What was the average growth? Is this a state secret? Why won’t anyone tell me?
