There's more. Lots more. Spacey said as much.

Was it ever mentioned, prior to these accusations, that Bush was suffering from dementia?

I'm a big fan of the show but Season 5 wasn't very good. Giving it one more season was a stretch and I'm sure cast and crew knew it long before this stuff, so Netflix saying it's pulling the plug after Season 6 really isn't taking much of a stand.

    So far,
I kind of wondered the same thing when this first broke a few days ago and people bandied it about like common knowledge. Regardless, I have a much more difficult time assailing a wheelchair-bound nonagenarian with no history of this behavior whose actions paled in comparison to the allegations facing Weinstein, Spacey, etc. If there's more to the story I'll be happy to adjust my opinion on it.

As for the House of Cards news, I know the show lost its fastball but I still enjoyed it immensely. Between this news and the cancellation of Game Change 2016, I feel guilty that, in the midst of people who were actually harassed and abused, I'm crestfallen that I'm losing a couple of entertainment options.

Exactly. If Netflix really wanted to take a stand, Season 6 would be cancelled. This is nothing. The show was probably done after the upcoming season anyway.
