Given what we know now about Russian tactics, it wouldn't surprise me a bit to find the Russian troll army was behind some of the HillaryIs44 web sites in 2008.

Which would be an interesting historical side note on a slow news day. Meanwhile, the campaign manager that led the President to the nomination was just charged with conspiracy against the United States

 

If this is a real thing that means something (and to be clear, those sealed cases could be completely unrelated)...Don Jr., Stone, Kushner and TBD? Michael Cohen? Flynn? KT McFarland?

You don't usually fire their leader for political reasons and rip the entire organization on cable news as a cynical talking point

This seems like the prevailing talking point. "Now that we got this nothingburger out of the way, let's focus on Hillary!" It's part of what I mentioned earlier: This was NOT an "investigation of Trump," so his being clean so far refutes nothing. It was an investigation into Russia's influence on our election.
