Sounds fine by me. I wish nobody would do it, but that's a utopia we'll never see. Meanwhile . . .

They have people they'd rather see elected in our country. We have people we'd rather see elected in their country.

We accepted their help. They accepted our help. And it will happen again. At some point. In one country or (probably) both.

I get your point, but this isn't about convicting the Russians of being the bad guys. It is about the Trump campaign possibly compromising the election. That the United States did something similar is irrelevant.

The particularly stupid thing about that talking point is that they no full well it won't stand up for long. The indictment today clearly states this goes higher up the org chart. It's a lazy attempt to control the news cycle for a day with no long-term plan

Fixed that for you. You're welcome.

By the way, notice he had time to keep up with the thread and immediately like JC's post.

I don't consider any election "compromised" unless people's votes were hacked/changed, or voting rolls were changed, or people were turned away from the polls, etc.

Advertising and propaganda just don't count, IMO, because it's everywhere. Rush Limbaugh saying "Hillary is the devil!" = Russian Facebook bot saying "Hillary is the devil!" I don't distinguish.

    Your mileage likely varies.

One campaign cooperating with another country to affect the result compromises the election. And enough of the country agrees that President Trump seems quite afraid of the charges of collusion sticking.
