T.J. Oshie dressed his kids as Trump and Melania.

Me, I stayed in and watched Halloween and went to bed. My spot is on the second floor of a house and I have no control of the front porch light, so the only way I was giving out candy was if I sat outside for two hours or threw it down Bourbon Street style from my balcony. The kids were plenty taken care of in my 'hood.

    White chocolate's other name? Chalk.

But, god almighty, those dark chocolate Kit Kats (and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups) are crack for me. My gut's getting bigger just thinking about them.

Most random item in my youngest kid's basket -- a bag of microwave popcorn. Huh?

In full disclosure, I do have to give the hat tip to Facebook.
We're also in the "trusty provider" category. Nothing fancy, but always reliable. Our house is oddly located so we don't get many trick or treaters, and I want to make sure the leftovers are something I'll want to eat. I don't even know where people find those black and orange candies or Necco Wafers. It's like there's some back alley store manned by an old man in Chinatown where people go to find old and cursed candy. No one likes those things, so how are they still a viable product? Who makes these things? Where are they sold? I'm not sure I've ever seen them in a normal grocery store.

My wife was in Singapore last year on business and she brought home some of their flavors of Kit-Kats. Wasabi Kit-Kats are terrible.
