Trump is a symptom but not the cause. In this case, the symptom is worse than the original injury. It's like going camping and cutting your foot in the river, getting an infection, treating with an anti-biotic to which you were previously unaware you were allergic. The reaction caused paralysis and a stroke. Failure to treat the infection properly allowed gangrene to set in. Now, you are comatose, 1 legged basket case and the best result is that you'll awaken with permanent brain damage. And Trump's appointees are the methhead male nurses who rape you while you are comatose
