You beat me to it. Like almost everything, there is a Simpsons episode that predates real life.

I call stuff like this Under 25 food. Eat as much of it as you can while you have the metabolism of a hummingbird. The memories of it will get you through the rest of your life when looking at a piece of bacon breaks the diet. I have one day a month I can eat Under 25 food.

I am 55 years old and 5'10" and about 175 (same as senior year in high school). It is all about moderation. To be honest, it took me more than a few years to figure that out. I used to play basketball a couple hours about 5 days a week but about 10 years ago my knees started to go and I cut down. When I had to quit all together I put on the weight because I continued to eat and drink like always (and started drinking more craft beer that really goes to your gut). Last Dec my wife and I went to The South Beach Diet and I lost about 45 pounds in two months. We feel great and now limit ourselves to weekend burgers and Michelob Ultra. All of the important numbers are good with the Dr. as well.

Have a friend of my son's who works at our local Burger King. They get free food when they are working, but he packs his own lunch/dinner at home and brings it to work with him.

That tells me a lot about how good the food is there.

When Guy Fieri eats something in front of the chef and he really really likes it it brings a huge smile to my face. DDD doesn’t go to places that have CIA trained chefs who’ve worked at big time restaurants. The chef is often the owner.

When he likes it it’s just so cool

I make it for dinner but it's really a great breakfast sandwich. Sourdough bread, good smokey ham, cut it in half and the yolk oozes out everywhere....mmm mmm good.

It wouldn't surprise me if BK concocted a Burger-N-Brownie Whopper. In a weird way, I admire it. BK will try anything. So will Taco Bell.

I really don't like to like Taco Bell, but I tried one of their crispy chicken quesadillas today, and it was really good. Really, really good.

The fact that they have G2 fruit punch in their fountain machines is a big league plus, also.

    No I haven't.
Also want to try the Aztalan Inn more. Only been there once b/c it's wayyyyy too dive-y for my wife's tastes.
(Their wings were meh, but their fried cookie dough was really, really good)

For the record, I don't eat this shit a ton. Maybe go to that burger place 1 time a month on average.
