I understand why they are doing it, but I don't understand the point of the GOP tax reform effort appeasing constituencies with a bill that will be tough to pass. Is the idea that they will make the donors happy and then blame its failure on the lame ducks? Will someone primary a Republican Senator or Member of Congress for raising taxes on the middle class? This thing is a stink bomb. Debt, tax cuts for the wealthy and corporations and little relief for the middle-class. It's class warfare - but I guess it is okay because it's the middle-class that gets hammered and not the rich.

 

Been going on long before this idiot president.

 

You can assume threats were made from the Moore camp et al to the companies that own the media and then on down to the rank and file.

 

I'd think that sort of thing was more likely if Trump didn't continue to do things that helped the Russians, or meeting with Putin when Oleg Deripaska was with him.

 

That one's all over Facebook too. "If this was common knowledge in Etowah County how come no Alabama reporter printed it in forty years, huh? Huh?"

 

Bet he still gets elected. Can we secede from Alabama?
