It's ok Mr. President, there's so many mass shootings that we get confused sometimes too.

The most telling part of a tweet like this is that it hasn’t been deleted or corrected in 2 1/2 hours.

Because what actually happened doesn’t fucking matter. Nothing fucking matters, especially what happens in reality.

I'm picturing some poor 23-year-old kid in charge of this. Four years of outstanding grades at an Ivy League school, a stint as a research associate at the Heritage Foundation, and now spending the night shift equally consumed with self-loathing, disillusionment and fear.

Could just as easily go in one of the when Tweets go bad threads, but what the hell.

Nevada Sen. Dean Heller (R) joined the chorus calling for Moore to step down. His opponent in the primary is none other than Danny Tarkanian, son of Tark the Shark (and not a bad point guard for the Rebels in his day) and has embraced Trump to the point where he Tweeted this. The replies are epic, but to cut to the chase, many accuse him of siding with Moore vs. country.

I don’t know that the politically ambitious - especially the young striver set - are wired to think that way.

More like a former caddy at Mar-a-Lago or the wastrel son of a member at Bedminster

The problem people don't understand is a lot of Trump's toxicity is "baked-in" to who people see him as. Forty years in the public eye. It is "who he is" so he's kind of immune to it. Other politicians not as well known who draft off him don't have that immunity. Trump is like someone with a communicable disease. You embrace him and you suffer.
