She said he was "badgering" her about rehearsing the kiss. Meaning, he was being a spaz and told her a million times they needed to rehearse it. On the 1,000,001st time, she relented.

So, he needs to man up and say how that's different than what he remembers.

It’s quite possible that his statement is true. It’s still gaslighting

She could be exaggerating her objections too, or how clear she made them.

I wonder how he remembers this part "differently":

I immediately pushed him away with both of my hands against his chest and told him if he ever did that to me again I wouldn’t be so nice about it the next time.

If she declined to "rehearse" multiple times, and there were objections -- plural -- that's pretty clear regardless.

Do we know that’s what she did and said?

I gotta hand it to @Dick Whitman. This is exactly what he’s been talking about — is the victim’s version assumed to be 100 percent true and we proceed directly to punishment?

As of right now, there is no punishment.

Don't you be that dumb, too.

No one is "convicting" him. It should be investigated as any credible claim would be.

She was very specific in her recounting of it. He was wishy-washy. If it didn't happen that way, it would be pretty easy for him to say it. Specifically.

And that doesn't even touch on the photo of him groping her while smiling like a perv.

I’m sure that would be well received too. OH SO SHE’S A LIAR!!!

I hear Penn Station is a great venue for an off-board donnybrook.

We’ve got literal photographic evidence against the weakest non-apology non-denial I’ve heard in awhile, it’s *very* important that we give equal weight to the possibility she is wrong about it.

This is what societal institutionalized gaslighting looks like.

He hasn't addressed the claim that he insisted multiple times that they rehearse the kiss, specifically.

He hasn't addressed the claim that she pushed him away and warned him to not do it again.

Any person with an inkling of PR savvy can refute those things -- IF they didn't happen -- while still displaying respect for the accuser.

And, AGAIN, that doesn't even yet touch on the pervy photo of him groping her.
