Never been to Russia. Love to travel and would like to visit Russia. I thought I might be making a trip to Sochi during the winter Olympics, but didn't happen.

Went to the Czech Republic. Enjoyed Prague (though there's a really touristy part that felt like Bourbon Street).

Also, it was a lot like going to Wisconsin.

Good. Becky's statement dropping Lou was such self-righteous twittery. Hopefully his other big-name clients drop him, too. You either stand by your man when he's under fire, or drop him quietly.

 

Pamela Adlon's response has been slightly odd to me. She's been shocked, outraged, blindsided, and just fired her manager for his role in this.

I don't know that anyone's worked more closely with Louis than she has. They created and produced her show "Better Things." She was a producer and costar on "Louie." She was on "Lucky Louie" before that.

She hadn't heard this stuff?

 

He was a gentleman-he always invited me to wait outside the motel room door if I wanted. I usually did. But he made it clear the masturbating was gonna happen each morning. Naked on the bed. Sometimes I just read a book in the corner. I did not enjoy it. Fin.

I'm in the process of watching season 4 of Louie for the first time. There's nobody better in the business at what he does.

And yes, he has perpetrated unwanted sexual acts upon women who did not give him consent.

And I spent the final 30 bucks in iTunes credit to download season 4.

 

The argument can easily be made that wanting to enjoy his comedy isn't the same as presenting a steadfast defense for him. Nothing wrong with that.

 

That's not a mere argument that can be made. I think it's an obvious fact.
