In terms of network performance and bandwidth, wireless will almost certainly never be as good as a wired connection.

What gets me the most is that the msm is suppose to be so biased yet the fox people prove every day that they are actual right wingers. Practically flaunting it. Maybe their viewers are as ignorant as people say they are.

More to be announced!! They must mean all the other anchors/talking heads at fox.

In the airline industry, people being charged differently based on their usage patterns has long been a thing. Same with hotels, restaurants ... tons of other industries.

I’m pretty sure customers, in the main, wouldn’t benefit were those practices to become prohibited.

Yes and poor and less-advantaged people get fucked every time in all of these scenarios while some marginal benefits accrue to people like me (you can buy back some of the leg room we just took away!) and the bulk of the advantage ($$$$$$$) goes to the handful of entities that gain control.

Yup, it was definitely great for lower income customers when the Civil Aeronautics Board existed.

After lying about golf on Wednesday, Trump proudly tweets about playing today. Strange dude.

Yes, I was around in the mid-‘70s when Ted Kennedy was leading the charge against the Civil Aeronautics Board because it was propping up anti-competitive behavior. Your point?

    Business travelers subsidize leasure travelers.

So? It’s not like they’re doing so or the airlines are allowing it out of some sense of benevolence. All that means is that the corporate side is the overwhelmingly profit center of the business.

Two way street. Leisure travelers fill planes that would otherwise fly half empty. Half empty routes get the number of flights cut or are discontinued altogether. The airlines have incentive not to raise rates too high for them.
