I understand that they've been playing it at Roy's rallys. I don't know that firsthand, just saw a reference to it. I think that they'd be dumber than hell to do so, which makes me think it's probably true.

In Boston, there's a talk radio host who prides himself on being "The voice of reason." who really pushes the narrative that Warren falsely claimed that she was Native American to get her job at Harvard. Every time somebody mentions her name, he plays Ethel Merman singing "I'm an Indian, too." He also mockingly says that when she was asked how she knew she was Native American she said "My mother told me," as if the onus was on her to prove it.

 

Yeah. It’s a slur if it’s used against a Native American.
