Trump's base is not relevant. What about everybody else? He's polling at under 40 percent. His base aren't the deplorables Hillary talked about. They're the disgusting and despicable. They should be spat upon in the street.

 

They won’t need him after this bill.

 

Oh, they still need him. He embodies the racism and hatred of the outside world that allows Republicans to win elections and then fuck over the haters. If they dump him, the scam stands revealed. Think those "economically anxious" bigots in whites-only rural America turn out for Mike Pence?

Here's the platform for the Democrats in 2018 and 2020 and it's very simple. Vote for us and we'll impeach the traitor Trump. We will repeal the tax cuts for the rich bill on day one.

 

Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they all get pardons eventually.

The timing for them isn’t great, being so early in a first term, but I bet Trump eventually pardons Flynn and Manadort.

 

He might, but loyalty has never been a big trait with him. And if he does, they must then testify truthfully in any subsequent proceeding or face perjury charges. Of course, they could flee the country, but their chances of avoiding a polonium cocktail are much better here than abroad.

 

Wait until 'the base' doesn't get the factory jobs they were promised.
These people are marks, but they are not stupid enough to know they still lack certain things they were promised.
