If it's not already, it should be standard procedure for these settlements to include a no-social media clause. At least from the standpoint of the accused's lawyers.

I think NC just meant it was going to be fun to see O'Reilly and FOX get sued. I don't know that a suit would bring forth the details of the harassment/assault. It's just about whether they violated the settlement.
