People are talking about it, some calling it a slurring, but seems like the old poli-grip did not work. Other video after the speech, during the signing---he barely held up "the big book of E.O."--shows him moving his mouth around a bit, then he left right away.

Both MN Senate seats are up in 2018 I think. One is safe for the Democrats, but the other could be in play.

Based on that video it seems very possible that Trump has either had a stroke or is totally whacked out on drugs. Either way something must be done. In fact, the more I think about it, he probably had a stroke and is whacked out on drugs. Wow!
