    I want to be clear here. I am not pushing the storyline that Trump has either had a stroke or is whacked out on drugs. I am just pointing out that based on the recent video he appeared to be slurring his words and was having trouble getting his message out. I guess you could say that I was speculating that he may have had a stroke or is whacked out on drugs. But I am clearly not pushing this conspiracy theory.
