    I'm amazed how often the transcribed quote doesn't match the actual quote. Like, I can see that what you wrote is wrong. In this instance, he's transposed "disturbing" and "surprising." It doesn't change the substance of the quote, but it's wrong, and it takes just one listen to know that it's wrong. I find that sort of thing really strange and frustrating. It's not hard to get a single-sentence quote dead nuts accurate.
