Never order double meat right off the bat. They'll skimp on it. Wait until they've already scooped the first serving of meat in, and then say, "You know what? I'll actually take double chicken."

Maybe. But the internal of the poll showed self-identified independents over 2-1 for Jones. If those folks are ashamed to say they're voting for Moore, they're also ashamed to admit they're Republicans. Or else they aren't Republicans.
Anyway, as any person who's worked a campaign knows, the biggest lie all voters tell pollsters is that they're gonna vote when they aren't. I saw a statement by someone in state government that due to the high number of absentee ballot requests, he was upping his turnout prediction to all of 25 percent of voters. It's who's in the other 75 percent that'll determine the election.

    A. It was a binary choice between Trump and Clinton
    2. I don't defend Trump against the indefensible. I mostly defend him against the over the top criticism. If folks stuck to the routine, I'd be happy to acknowledge the criticism as spot on.
iii. I truly don't believe Trump is a racist. I think he does look at things through a racial lens in a way that people of his age, who love in New York, and work in real estate do. He's not color blind, but then neither is any politician. And, he certainly doesn't know how to discuss race in a way that makes people comfortable in 2017. But, all of that is very far from being racist.

I'll believe Democrats winning a senate seat in Alabama when I see it. This was the only way they had a shot and I still have no confidence in this getting done.

I understand. But, seeing race, isn't the same as being racist.

Not that it's the kind of thing he ever does . . . but would it have had any impact on the race in Alabama had Nick Saban in some way come out against Moore?
