The food equivalent of people who talk about bourbon like it's one of their children.

I wish lettuce was awesome and bourbon sucked. But I don’t make the rules.

I was a beer from a can guy during my drinking days. I never got into spirits. Too cheap.

No one forgets you voted for “sold 20 percent of our Uranium to Russia!” and “real unemployment rate!” and “my investigators are finding interesting things in Hawaii” and “Ted Cruz’s dad?” and “my health insurance plans covers everyone for less.”

But please: Continue to explain how outraged you are when a news organization makes an error.

You're ripping CNN for a mistake that no one is defending. There's no third party arbiter in this case. You can make your own judgement. If you don't trust CNN, then don't watch or read CNN.

Curious, though, that you only seem to hold CNN or the New York Times or the Washington Post to these standards, yet remain silent on the avalanche of errors from purported news organizations such as Breitbart and Fox News.

I am always amused when somebody breaks a story -- whether on the White House beat or in NBA free agency -- and several competitors "independently confirm" the accuracy of the original story in short order. Sometimes, I wonder how thorough the confirmation process is. Editors simply aren't going to be as agitated about the process of confirming somebody else's scoop as they are about their own original, first-on-Twitter scoop.
