The AP should be able to confirm whether or not Trump called Haley to tell her she did a good job, right?

The WH didn't just say that Trump wasn't mad, they made a very specific claim to refute it.

It's not just a he said/he said. If the AP has reporters and not just stenographers for the resistance, they will actually do some reporting.

Haley is one of the few silver linings in this hurricane of a presidency.

 

The problem is you see the stories in opposition to each other and that's not necessarily the case.

He could have placed the call, then rewatched the segment on his "super TiVO" and gotten angry. He could have placed the call, then Steve Bannon called him and said "Can you believe that bitch said ... " and Trump got angry.

 

Ok. Sure. Would be a plausible story of that had been what the AP reported.

You can’t tell me on one hand how great the reporters at the Times, Post, CNN and AP are, and also try to explain away why their sources only provide them with limited, and one sided information.

Why can’t these reports get their sources to provide them with the full story? Why don’t they actually get a copy of the email they are reporting on in their hands before they go to air with it? Why do they get leaks out of the Special Prosecutors office, but not a single one provides evidence of a crime related to collusion with Russia?
